How often can I schedule service?
Currently we offer weekly or one time clean ups. As we expand, we will include 2x per week as well as biweekly.
What happens if it rains or snows?
Luckily here in the Northern – Middle TN area, we don’t get really bad snow days that last too long. As long as it is safe for our team to brave the weather, we will scoop what we can see. The following week, we will do “double dooty” if needed. Rain doesn’t typically affect services unless there is lightning. If there is bad wind gusts, or it’s storming… or we are under any severe weather watch, we will need to reschedule.
Do I need to be home when you come to scoop?
No. We will schedule an initial intake call with you to get all details needed to scoop the yard, including gate access, numbers of individuals to text so that you know when we are on the way and when we are done.
Can my dogs be in the yard while you scoop?
We love Dogs! However, if you have a dog that is not stranger friendly or one who may get too excited and prevent your scooper from scooping, we ask that you keep them in the house until we are finished.
What do you do with the waste?
For our weekly service, we double bag the waste in our eco friendly bags and place in the customer’s trash bin outside the home. If the customer does not have a trash bin outside the home, we will double bag it and place it on the side of the home or where ever the customer instructs us to so the customer can place in their bin. For our one and done service, we will haul the waste away.
Do you scoop in non grassy areas?
Yes, we scoop in grass, rocks, mulch, concrete, etc. Where ever there is poo, we wrangle it up.

How do I pay for services?
Services are billed on a monthly pre-paid basis through secured payment processing vendor, Stripe. Nugget Wranglers DOES NOT have access to customer card information. To learn more about Stripe, click HERE.
