- Scheduling
- Regular Service: Weekly and one-time services are available.
- Route Days: The day your property is serviced will depend on our pre-planned route for your area. Route days are determined upon sign-up & may be subject to change.
- Service Times: While we cannot provide an exact service time, you will be notified when we are on our way- the day of.
- Skipping Service
- For Skipped Weeks with Waste Accumulation: Regular service fees will still apply, as the next visit will involve extra cleanup. Note: A pre-paid yearly subscription includes up to 3 skipped weeks at no additional cost, even if there is extra waste (limited to 2 consecutive weeks at a time).
- For Vacation Weeks (No Waste): Notify us at least 7 days in advance to waive the charge if your dog will not be using the yard. Because services are pre-paid, this waived charge will act as a credit towards your next month’s service.
- Initial Cleanup Fee
- An initial cleanup fee MAY apply to first-time services.
- Pricing is based on the amount of time it takes to get your yard ready for regular maintenance. Fill out this form HERE to get a quote.
- Access to the Property
- Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the yard on the scheduled service day.
- If access is blocked (e.g., locked gates, aggressive pets, other barriers), the service may be rescheduled, and service fee will still apply.
- Waste Disposal
- Waste is safely removed from the yard and will be double bagged and left in your trash can (default) or other specified location on the property.
*Hauled waste service is only available for one-time clean ups.
- Deodorizing Service (Optional)
- Pet & People-safe, eco-friendly deodorizing spray can be added to a weekly service for $12.75. Note: It is a FREE once-a-month service with a yearly subscription or $39 as a Solo Service.
- The deodorizer neutralizes those high traffic odors and leaves the yard smelling fresh.
- Use of Client’s Water Hose
In order to provide the best possible service, there may be occasions where we need to use the client’s water hose for tasks such as refilling deodorizer/sanitizing sprayers or cleaning the yard. We will ensure that water use is minimal and limited to service-related needs only. If this is a concern, please let us know in advance, and we can discuss alternative arrangements.
- Payment
- Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/Debit Cards processed through secured payment processor, Stripe. Nugget Wranglers does not have access to customers information.
- Invoices will be emailed on the 20th of each month for next month’s service.
- Payment is due on the 25th of each month for next month’s service.
- We require all customers to be on Automatic payments. If payment fails on the 25th, the customer will be notified and will have 3 days to make payment or services will be cancelled for the following month.
- Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours, and we will revisit to address any concerns.
- We do not issue refunds
- Extreme Weather Policy
- Services may be delayed or rescheduled in cases of extreme weather (e.g., heavy rain, heavy snow/ice, storm, severe heat or severe cold).
- Customers will be notified in advance if a delay is expected.
- Safety and Liability
- Our team prioritizes the safety of your pets and property. Gates will always be secured before leaving and you will receive a picture for confirmation.
- Pet Policy: If pets are in the yard during service, they must be non-aggressive & not affect the Wranglers ability to scoop the lawn. All dogs must also be current on Rabies vaccination if left in the yard with our Wranglers.
- Dog Deterrent: For safety purposes, our team carries a citronella-based dog spray repellent. This is NOT pepper spray. This spray is completely safe for dogs and will only be used if necessary to deter overly aggressive behavior.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions in the yard (e.g., broken gates, sharp objects, holes, etc).
- Referral Program
- Refer a friend and receive $20 off your next month’s service once they sign up. There are no limits.
- Cancellation Policy
- Monthly Payments: Payments for the upcoming month are due by the 25th of the previous month to secure your service.
- Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel service for the next month, you must notify us no later than the 23rd of the previous month to not be charged.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the 23rd will not be refunded, and the service for the following month will remain scheduled. Simply request to stop service if needed.
